This is where Mindful Motherhood comes in. Our workshops are thoughtfully designed to provide evidence-based, unbiased guidance to help you navigate the early stages of parenthood with confidence. We guide you through essential newborn care while also supporting mothers in their post-pregnancy recovery, including physical healing, emotional well-being, and breastfeeding support. Our holistic approach ensures that both you and your baby are supported, helping you thrive during this transformative time.

Meet Priyanka Sharma
Founder of Mindful Motherhood
I’m Priyanka Sharma, an engineering graduate and MBA with 4.5 years of corporate experience. However, my personal journey as a mother of two wonderful children inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting expecting and new parents.

I am an internationally certified New Parent Educator (CNPE), Infant Massage Instructor(IAIM, CIMT), and an Advanced Certified Lactation Professional.Through Mindful Motherhood, I strive to provide unbiased, practical guidance that helps parents make informed decisions, care confidently for their babies, and enjoy a positive postpartum experience.
When I was an expecting mother, I quickly realized how overwhelming parenthood can be. Mothers are often bombarded with conflicting advice, and there is very little evidence-based guidance or structured support to prepare them for this life-changing journey. We prepare for so many things in life, yet motherhood is one area for which most of us step in without guidance. Becoming a mother made me realize that parents need reliable information not only on how to care for their baby, but also on how to care for themselves during this critical time.It was this realization that motivated me to create Mindful Motherhood—to provide parents with practical, research-backed guidance that empowers them to confidently navigate early parenthood.
